The vegetable seed seedling pressing equipment is a new seedling raising device. This seedling raising method uses seedling trays with compartments. When sowing, one seed is sown in each hole, and when the seedlings are grown, one plant is per room. Therefore, strict sowing technology is required.
Plug seedling cultivation is divided into two methods:mechanical sowing and manual sowing.Mechanical sowing is divided into fully automatic mechanical sowing and semi-automatic mechanical sowing. The operating procedures of fully automatic mechanical seeding include tray loading, hole pressing, sowing, covering and water spraying. Before sowing, the machine must be debugged and maintained to ensure that each process operates normally, and the accuracy of one seed per hole reaches more than 90%.You can receive better sowing quality. The difference between manual sowing and semi-automatic sowing is that one type of sowing involves manual seeding, while the other type involves mechanical sowing. All other work is done manually.
(1)When loading the tray, you should first prepare the substrate and put the prepared substrate in the plug tray. When loading the tray,be careful not to press it hard, because after pressing, the physical properties of the matrix will be destroyed, which will reduce the air content in the matrix.and the content of absorbable water is reduced. The correct method is to use a scraper to scrape from one side of the hole plate to the other so that each hole is filled with matrix, especially the holes in the four corners and edges of the plate.Make sure it is consistent with the holes in the middle. The holes should be the same, the substrate should not be overfilled, and each compartment should be clearly visible after loading.
(2)The installed trays should be pressed to facilitate the sowing of seeds into them. You can use a specially made hole press to press the holes. You can also stack the trays with the matrix installed vertically together,4 to 5 trays. When you are tired, put an empty plate on it,place your hands flat on the plate and press down evenly until the required size.
(3)Sow seeds in a plate with pressed holes,or use a semi-automatic seeder to sow,one seed in each hole to avoid missed sowing.
(4)Cover the hole tray with pumice after sowing. The method is to pour the pumice on the hole tray and use a scraper to scrape from one side of the hole tray to the other to remove the excess bee stone.Do not cover the pumice too thickly. It is appropriate to be on par with the cell.
(5)Watering:After sowing and covering the plug tray,it is necessary to water it in time and make sure it is thoroughly watered.During visual inspection,it is appropriate to see water droplets at the seepage hole at the bottom of the plug tray.
